Trademark Restoration offers modified roofing systems that have long-term durability and require little maintenance. Our modified roofs perform well at all temperatures, combining temperature stability with proven weather-resistant characteristics.

The two primary systems are heat-applied or cold-applied, offering stability, durability, resistance, and strength to your roofing system. These systems are very durable for foot traffic as well. Modified not only holds the colored granules in place and contributes to the overall strength – it also provides waterproofing integrity to your roofing system. Trademark Restoration uses premium modified products best suited for each application.
